In the first half, we will introduce Persol Innovation Co., Ltd.'s efforts in generative AI and the Persol Group.

In the second half, Chaen, CEO of Digirise Inc., a company that supports companies in introducing AI tools and reforming their business processes, and an AI specialist, will talk about the characteristics of companies that fail to introduce generative AI, and explain measures to ensure successful implementation.

He is the CEO of Digirise Inc., which develops AI training for corporations and ChatGPT for businesses, and several other companies. He also serves as an advisor to several other companies, including GMO AI & Web3 Inc.

From August 23, 2023, he will be appointed as an AI utilization advisor for Startia Raise Co., Ltd. X (formerly Twitter) has 100,000 followers. He has also developed multiple AI services, including the AI tool search site "AI Database" and "AI English Conversation," which allows you to have English conversations with AI. He has also appeared in many media outlets, including ABEMA and TBS TV.

Takashi Kimura, Persol Innovation Co., Ltd.

Joined an educational company as a new graduate. After gaining experience in D2C marketing and product development, he was in charge of overseas expansion strategies and business plans at the overseas headquarters, and experienced launching new businesses locally as a marketing manager. In 2019, he joined Persol Holdings Co., Ltd.

He is a member of the Group Digital Transformation Promotion Headquarters and is responsible for supporting group companies. In 2021, he was appointed head of the Digital Marketing Department at Persol Innovation Co., Ltd., where he provides cross-sectional support for multiple new businesses, a position he holds to this day.
