Although we had heard about the amazing capabilities of AI, we were frustrated because we couldn't concretely visualize how it would translate into practical work or how it could be used. Our primary goal in implementing AI was to fundamentally improve employee response speed and work efficiency, enabling smoother customer proposals.

    Effects after generative AI introduction training

    After the training, we started by simply "trying it out," and the effects are steadily becoming apparent in legal and educational settings.

    The most significant change observed was in the speed of decision-making in contract work. Before consulting with lawyers or supervisors about the content of special clauses or legal issues, employees first brainstorm with AI to organize their thoughts. This step compresses the initial review time and improves the speed of decision-making.

    Furthermore, the assetization of knowledge is progressing. Know-how that was previously passed down orally is now being documented with the help of AI, and training materials for new graduates and mid-career hires can be created in a short time, significantly improving the time costs associated with education.
