Born in Oita Prefecture. Graduated from Waseda University, Faculty of Law. Joined Pasona Group as a new graduate and worked on a new business introducing contracted personnel such as consultants and freelancers. After gaining experience in launching new businesses at BizReach Co., Ltd. (now Visional Co., Ltd.), founded Another works Co., Ltd. in 2019.
We developed "Fukugyo Cloud," a comprehensive, free-of-charge matching platform for individuals seeking side jobs, connecting them with companies and local governments. As of May 2026, we have supported the hiring of side job seekers in over 2,500 companies and 250 local governments, with 100,000 registered users seeking side jobs.
He has appeared on numerous media outlets, including TV Tokyo's "WBS." He serves as an entrepreneur mentor for several local governments, including Tokyo. He boasts over 500 speaking engagements at major corporations, government agencies, universities, and educational institutions. He is a visiting associate professor at iU University of Information Management and Innovation.
His first book, "The Practical Guide to Skill-Matching Side Hustles" (Japan Management Association Management Center), became a Maruzen Marunouchi Main Store Business Week bestseller. His second book, "Increase Your Annual Income, Start a Business, and Achieve Self-Realization! The Textbook for Side Hustles" (Asuka Publishing), topped numerous rankings, including Rakuten. He is a top performer creating a new way of working in the Reiwa era.
