Digirise Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masahiro Chaen; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is pleased to announce its participation in the launch of "AI-Clutch," a practical AI-generating media for small and medium-sized enterprises, which was jointly established on Monday, June 8, 2026, by USEN ICT Solutions Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Ryoichi Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "USEN ICT Solutions") and USEN Smart Works Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koichiro Ohshita; hereinafter referred to as "USEN Smart Works"), both of the USEN & U-NEXT GROUP.
Our CEO, Masahiro Chaen, has been appointed as an official "Clutcher" for the media outlet and will also be speaking at the first webinar commemorating the media release, "Companies Where AI Takes Establishment and Companies Where it Doesn't" (held on June 24th).
■ Background to the launch of "AI-Clutch" and the initiatives of both companies
USEN ICT Solutions and USEN Smart Works have released a survey on the current state of AI utilization, indicating that while many companies are adopting generative AI, its adoption in the field and the development of organizational rules for its use are lagging behind. In response to these challenges, the company has launched "AI-Clutch," a practical media platform that delivers AI know-how that small and medium-sized enterprises can immediately use in the field.

■ Background of participation in DigiRise
Through our experience providing AI training and implementation support to numerous companies, we have witnessed firsthand the reality that while the introduction of generative AI is progressing, its adoption in the workplace and the development of organizational rules for its use are lagging behind. In this context, when we were approached about participating in "AI-Clutch," we felt that the media's concept of "on-site application" resonated with the challenges we have felt through our corporate support work, and so we decided to participate.
Based on our shared vision of promoting the widespread use of AI among small and medium-sized enterprises, we are confident that we can deliver the practical knowledge we have cultivated through on-site support to a wider audience through the "AI-Clutch" platform.
■ Media Release First Webinar to be Held
Our CEO, Chaen, will be speaking at the first webinar held to commemorate the media release.

■ Future developments
Leveraging our extensive experience and expertise gained through AI training and implementation support for numerous companies, we will fully cooperate with the "AI-Clutch" initiative. Through multifaceted collaboration, including providing content expertise, speaking at webinars, and sharing case studies, we aim to realize a society where all organizations can effectively utilize generated AI in their operations.
■ Comment from Representative Director Masahiro Chaen
Generative AI is now entering the next phase for many companies after they have "implemented" it: the stage of "how to integrate it into the workplace and translate it into results." The idea behind "AI-Clutch," which aims to be a "clutch that connects the workplace with AI," resonates with the concerns we at Digirise have felt through our support for companies. As a Clutcher, we are truly looking forward to contributing to the creation of workplaces where AI is used as a matter of course.
