Utilizing our abundant human resources and experience, we provide a wide range of services, not only accounting services but also management and human resources consulting.
We also work with external experts, including lawyers and judicial scriveners, to provide one-stop services that provide comprehensive support for corporate activities.
A sense of challenge
There was a vague understanding that AI was suitable for the accounting firm industry, but when it came to how to utilize it in actual work, there was a disparity in IT skills among staff members, and the specific methods were unclear.
Additionally, with so many different AI-related services available when handling customer data, it was a challenge to identify services that could be used with peace of mind in terms of security.
Benefits of using generative AI
Until now, there had been no opportunity for in-depth discussion within the company about the usefulness of AI, but by carrying out reskilling as a group, it created an opportunity for all employees to think about the importance of utilizing AI.
As knowledge about AI has increased, people have naturally started thinking, "Let's start by consulting with AI," or, "Could we improve efficiency by using AI?" and their understanding of AI has deepened through trial and error.
Specifically, AI is being actively used to take minutes, create Excel formulas, summarize and analyze documents, etc., leading to improved work efficiency and the quality of deliverables. The scope of AI use is steadily expanding.
Future outlook
Currently, the system is being operated mainly by a few staff members who have taken the training, but in the future, the company plans to promote its use throughout the company through AI reskilling and in-house study sessions. In addition, the company plans to further improve operational efficiency and proposal sophistication through AI, and to strengthen support not only for the accounting industry but also for the back office in general.
In particular, we want to show the new possibilities of IT and AI utilization to companies in the Wakayama region and gain their trust as an easy-to-consult accounting firm. We aim to become a presence that people say, "When it comes to AI in back office work, you can trust Nishioka Accounting," and to provide strong support for our clients' management while responding to the rapid development of AI in the future.
