Nexill&Partners Group is a group of experts who provide one-stop services in a wide range of specialized fields, including legal, labor, human resources, and management support.
The group has multiple professional corporations, including a law firm, a social insurance and labor consultant corporation, and a tax accountant corporation, and in response to the diverse needs of client companies, lawyers, social insurance and labor consultants, and support staff work together to provide comprehensive support, including drafting contracts, establishing internal regulations, and helping to resolve labor issues.

A sense of challenge
The challenges the company faced can be broadly divided into three categories.
① Rapid increase in workload and difficulty in maintaining productivity
As the number of clients has increased, the types of requests have become more diverse, and the workload that each person in charge must handle has increased, including legal consultations, contract drafting, the establishment of internal regulations, and labor management.
Even though there was a desire to reduce overtime, there were limits to what could be done by human labor alone.
② Difficulty in communication due to technical terms
The specialized terminology specific to the legal and social security fields is often difficult for client representatives to understand, and they have to think carefully each time about how to rephrase the message so that it can be conveyed clearly.
Misunderstandings in explanations led to an increase in confirmation requests, which was one of the factors that slowed down the overall speed of operations.
3) Lack of understanding of how to utilize generative AI
Although we recognized the potential of generative AI, we were not clear on how to use it in actual business.
Before introducing AI, we had no idea how it could be used in different situations, and specific ways of using it had not been established within the company.

By utilizing AI, tasks that we wanted to do but didn't have time to do can now be accomplished in an instant.
As a result, the overall team's operational efficiency has improved significantly.
② Improved efficiency in creating minutes and standard documents
Generative AI is also used to create minutes of regular meetings and standard documents. By using the "rough draft" presented by the AI as a starting point, tasks that previously took hours have been reduced to just a few minutes.
In particular, the psychological burden of document creation has been reduced, creating a system that allows for "speedy production of high-quality output."
3. Convert technical terms into "understandable words"
By throwing technical terms at generative AI such as ChatGPT, it can instantly generate "expression ideas that are easy for the general public to understand."
By converting what experts understand into simple language, we were able to reduce the time required for explanations and improve client satisfaction.
Another major benefit is that by using the ideas generated by AI as a starting point, it has become easier for us to organize our own thoughts.
Future outlook
Going forward, we plan to have each department take stock of their work, clarify which tasks are taking up the most time, and then identify further areas that can be replaced with generative AI.
