    Company Introduction

    IKE Planning Co., Ltd. is based in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and provides BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services nationwide, with a focus on telemarketing.

    Currently, the company has a staff of approximately 110 people, generating over 1,000 business negotiations per month. In addition to outbound and inbound correspondence, they are responsible for a wide range of tasks, including email correspondence, sales representation, reference checks, and customer support in the e-commerce field.

    The company also focuses on recruiting and attracting customers through social media, regularly posting information on its corporate account. Recently, the company has launched a matchmaking support service as part of its employee benefits program, and is known for its proactive approach to digital utilization, including using AI to create all of its landing pages and flyers.

    Through flexible organizational management and the introduction of cutting-edge technology, we continue to contribute to the creation of results for our clients.

    A sense of challenge

    Before the introduction of generative AI, much of the work was carried out in a personal manner, relying on the skills and experience of specific employees.

    For example, creating talk scripts and response manuals, posting on social media and notes, and even developing in-house training content were all done manually, which resulted in variations in quality depending on the person in charge and required a lot of man-hours.

    As the workload increased, it became increasingly difficult to balance quality control and productivity, and we began to see limits in the speed of training and the frequency of information dissemination, which was a major issue at the time.

    The introduction of generative AI has significantly reduced the amount of time and effort required for the entire business.

    By entrusting content creation such as talk scripts, landing pages, and social media manuscripts, which was previously done manually, to AI, the work time has been reduced by approximately one-third.

    Furthermore, by using generative AI to "bounce off ideas," the accuracy of new business planning and structure has improved, and the speed of decision-making has also increased.

    In addition, in terms of social media operations, content generation by AI and scheduled posting have enabled a stable communication system, enabling continuous and efficient information dissemination, which is gradually beginning to have an effect on attracting customers and recruitment activities.

    Future outlook

    Going forward, we plan to focus on improving the sophistication and efficiency of in-house training using generative AI.

    In particular, we are working on automatically generating training content using video avatars and AI voice, standardizing the education system, which has traditionally tended to be dependent on individual skills, and building a system that can develop human resources in a short period of time.

    We are also continuing to work with AI to improve the accuracy of our plans and streamline information gathering, in order to speed up our business advancement.

    Going forward, we aim to create a system that will improve business productivity and create new value through the use of AI tools.
