    Born in Hyogo Prefecture. Graduated from Konan University's School of Business Administration. Managed a restaurant while in college.
    After the transfer of management rights, he joined SMS Co., Ltd. as a graduate and worked in the media sales department, providing medical human resources services.
    After that, he worked in sales and marketing at Covidien Japan, a foreign medical device manufacturer.
    In August 2014, he joined Ashita Team Co., Ltd. and served as a director. He has been involved in building personnel evaluation systems for over 500 companies.
    In March 2022, he founded RAP Consulting Co., Ltd. and became its representative director.
    In July 2023, he became a director of Digirise Co., Ltd.
