Policy to prevent sexual harassment against job seekers, etc.

Digirise Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") respects the personality and human rights of job seekers and others in recruitment activities, and has established the following policy to prevent sexual harassment against job seekers and others.
1. Prohibition of sexual harassment
Our company prohibits sexual harassment of job seekers during recruitment activities, internships, company information sessions, interviews, visits with alumni, and other job-seeking activities.
Sexual jokes or teasing, unnecessary physical contact, words or actions soliciting sexual relations, unnecessary sexual remarks or questions, sending messages containing sexual content.
Furthermore, you must not engage in any sexual remarks or actions that may offend job seekers or interfere with their job-seeking activities.
Furthermore, even if the other party does not explicitly refuse, we will not engage in any conduct that goes beyond what is necessary for work, such as seeking private contact or sexual relations, taking into account our position and relationship in the recruitment process.
2. Fair treatment of job seekers, etc.
We will not treat job seekers or others unfavorably in the selection, hiring, internship, or other job-seeking activities based on their response to sexual remarks or the presence or absence of sexual relationships.
3. Strict action against violators
If sexual harassment against job applicants or other individuals is confirmed, our company will take strict action against the perpetrator in accordance with our employment regulations and other internal rules.
Furthermore, we will inform our employees that any actions constituting sexual harassment against job seekers or others may be subject to disciplinary action as stipulated in our employment regulations.
4. Responding to consultations and reports
Our company will establish a contact point where job seekers and others can seek advice and report if they experience sexual harassment.
When we receive a consultation or report, we will promptly and appropriately verify the facts while giving due consideration to the wishes and privacy of the person seeking advice, and take necessary action.
We will not treat you unfavorably for having sought advice or made a report.
5. Protection of Privacy
Those involved in responding to consultations and reports will respect the privacy of the person seeking advice, the perpetrator, and other related parties, and will not disclose any information obtained to third parties beyond what is necessary.
6. Establishment of an appropriate environment for recruitment activities
To ensure that job seekers and others can participate in recruitment activities with peace of mind, our company has established rules regarding interview and meeting procedures, communication methods, and other aspects of recruitment activities, and we will make these rules known to our employees and job seekers.
Our company will implement necessary training and awareness-raising activities to ensure that all employees understand this policy and engage in appropriate conduct towards job seekers and others.
