[Online] Surviving in the era of Claude dominance: New common sense for corporate AI implementation
OverviewEvent Outline
In 2026, the global landscape of AI will be decisively redrawn. Eight of the US Fortune 10 companies and 70% of the Fortune 100 will choose "Claude," not ChatGPT or Gemini. 70% of large companies considering new implementations are choosing Claude. At its core is the autonomous AI agent "Claude Code." From creating meeting minutes and proposals to data analysis and business system integration, the AI completes these tasks autonomously, and it is rapidly spreading as the "next management infrastructure" for major companies worldwide.
On the other hand, many Japanese companies are still unaware of this change. In this seminar, Masahiro Chaen, CEO of Digirise, who has supported AI implementation in 500 companies and trained a total of 40,000 people, will propose the following, along with case studies from his experience supporting 500 companies: ① the business impact of top global companies switching to Claude, ② four foundations that managers should prepare before implementing Claude, and ③ the formula for successful "corporate AI implementation" where the workplace operates independently.
Recommended for:
- Business owners who feel they have implemented ChatGPT but have reached a plateau in their AI utilization.
- For those interested in Claude Code but unsure where to start.
- Those who want to seriously consider the risk of being overtaken by competitors as a business decision.
- Those who want justification to explain the ROI of AI investments at management meetings.
- For those who want to implement AI under management leadership, rather than leaving it to the field staff.
