*Co-hosted by PeopleX Co., Ltd.*[Online] PeopleX x Digirise Human Resource Strategy in the AI Era

OverviewEvent Outline

~ The new normal of "recruitment, training, and retention" in the AI era that will drive growth organizations ~

Large companies are reaching the limits of what can be achieved with human resources alone when it comes to large-scale new graduate selection and company-wide skill development. The key to success in 2026 will be incorporating AI not just as a tool for improving efficiency, but as a partner that maximizes the potential of human resources.
This seminar will feature speakers from Digirise, which provides comprehensive support for companies' AI implementation, from reskilling to consulting and system development, and PeopleX, which develops an AI x HR platform including AI interviews.
How can companies use AI to rebuild strong organizations in response to deep-rooted issues such as "recruitment mismatches" and "the hollowing out of training"? The two representatives will discuss the roadmap for future human resource strategies from their perspectives.

Recommended for:

  • Although the company aims to introduce AI across the board, classroom-based training has not changed the way things are done on the ground, and "AX talent" who can use AI effectively are not being developed.
  • We want to strengthen role-playing and feedback for junior employees, but our on-site managers don't have the time to educate them, so we can't support individual skill development.
  • The rush to improve efficiency through AI has led to widespread fears that jobs will be taken away from workers, leading to concerns about a decline in engagement.
  • Although the company has set "AI utilization" as its human resources strategy for 2026, it is looking for a concrete solution with a visible return on investment (ROI).
