Steps to receiving the subsidy

This training is being carried out using the Human Resource Development Support Grant

Inquiries and Applications

First, please contact us using the "Request Information" button at the bottom of this page. We will explain the training content and how to utilize the subsidy.

Contract

After confirming the training content, fees, schedule, etc., a training outsourcing contract will be concluded between our company and the participating company.

Payment for training fees

Based on the contract, you will be required to pay the full training fee. (This is required for applying for the grant.)

Submit a training plan (first stage of grant application)

The participating company must submit a "Training Plan Notification" to the relevant labor bureau at least one month before the start of the training.

(*We can help you prepare the necessary documents.)

Training (video learning)

After the plan is accepted by the Labor Bureau, video learning will be conducted according to the training plan. We will manage the attendance history (learning progress and time) and issue a certificate of completion upon completion of the video learning (10 hours or more).

Applying for Grants (Second Stage of Grant Application)

Within two months from the day after the completion of the training, the participating company will submit a "Payment Application Form" to the relevant labor bureau.

Receiving Grants

Once the application has been reviewed by the Labor Bureau and payment has been approved, the subsidy will be transferred to the account of the participating company.

(*It may take several months from application to receipt of benefits.)
