Mirai Sozo Gakuen is a privately held educational corporation based in Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture, and operates two vocational schools: Kumamoto Electronic Business College and Kumamoto Design College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kumamoto Electronics Business College has two fields of study: information (IT, games, web) and business (medical administration, bridal, general administration), and provides professional education with an emphasis on developing career visions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kumamoto Design College offers specialized education in the field of design. Students hone their skills in a variety of fields, including graphic design, video, fashion, and architecture, and boast a high employment rate in the industry.
Additionally, we work with both schools to provide a practical educational environment to help students become industry-ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before the introduction of AI, responding to emails, preparing documents, and other tasks took a lot of time, placing a heavy burden on staff. In addition, while the number of cases in which students use generative AI is increasing, there were issues such as the difficulty of providing appropriate guidance, and many staff members having a negative impression of AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By introducing generative AI, we have been able to significantly improve the efficiency of our operations.
In particular, the time it took to create emails was reduced by approximately 701 TP3T, easing the burden on staff.
In addition, the time it takes to correct resumes and application forms has been reduced by approximately 80%, making it possible to provide efficient instruction while maintaining the quality of education.
Furthermore, the training has deepened understanding of the use of AI, changing employees' awareness and accelerating the movement toward proactively using AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the future, we plan to use AI in more areas of our business, such as automating the creation of meeting minutes and supporting the creation of exam questions. We will also promote the use of AI in classes, such as creating interview sheets for web design and supporting the creation of image maps, in order to improve the quality of education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
