Originally starting out as a renovation business, the company has become known locally as "Samejima Kogyo = a trusted brand," and recently has been focusing on disseminating information via social media and its website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Public relations work was handled by a single person, who handled daily social media posts, website updates, phone calls, and miscellaneous tasks at the same time. Creating character illustrations and posts to be used on social media took a particularly long time. Even when relying on external resource sites, they were unable to find the visuals they wanted, and a lot of time was spent coming up with ideas and organizing material.

By utilizing ChatGPT, we can provide comprehensive support for coming up with ideas for posts on Instagram and X, generating text, and even arranging illustrations of our company's mascot, the "Shark." We can now freely generate visuals to match events, such as Halloween costumes or designs holding tools (spanners).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In the posts, we can now put our ideas into shape, such as adding speech bubbles to the shark characters to make them talk. In fact, the response to the posts has increased, and the effect is also evident in the number of likes and impressions. Recently, other employees have even said, "I'd like to use that illustration in the company."<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We also incorporate our own unique ideas into the management of prompts and post content. We separate ChatGPT projects by post theme and add icons to improve visibility, which has made our daily work more efficient. This has prevented information from getting mixed up and has made it easier to reuse and edit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Future outlook<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

 Currently, working hours are limited to four hours a day, but with the help of ChatGPT, we are achieving maximum results. In the future, we would like to use AI to support some of the work of busy employees on-site, thereby reducing their burden as much as possible.
